Pickup Procedure

Every airport booking includes 30 minutes of FREE waiting time and we also monitor your flight for any delays so you can be confident that your ride will still be at the airport for you even if your flight is late.
Meet & Greet (optional)
We offer an optional Meet & Greet service for our customers upon request. If selected, our driver will meet you at the Information Desk within the Arrivals area carrying a board with your name on it. He will escort you to the vehicle and load your luggage for you.
Free waiting time
30 minutes of free waiting time is included with every Airport pick-up. If Meet & greet is selected, 30 minutes of free parking is also included. Following this, to cover the additional parking time and driver waiting time, we charge £8 per half hour.
